Haji Sadiq from Haris transfers a house and a garden located in Shishgilan, including the water creeks, the stable, and part of the water share of the late Sardar's qanat, to Haji Ghafur and his wife, Sayyidah Ziba Khanum, the daughter of the late Aqa Mir Sattar Khabbaz [the baker], in exchange for two thousand tumans.

Sale document between Fatimah Khanum and Karbalayi Riza ‘Attar, 1923
Fatimah Khanum has rented half of a common property, a house and a garden, in the Armanistan neighborhood of Darvazah Gajil, to Karbalayi Riza ʻAttar [the herbalist], the son of Aqa ʻAbd al-Samad, for two hundred and twenty tumans for one year, including the revocation right for one year and the monthly rent of two tumans and two thousand dinars during this time.

Documents related to Nasir al-Mamalik's properties, 1914-1927
The documents include two settlements between Hasan Khan Ulfat (Ihtisham al-Sultan) and Nasir al-Mamalik about profits and losses derived from renting Nasir al-Mamalik's gardens, land, and crops. Another settlement, between Zaman al-Mulk and Nasir al-Mamalik, is about Zaman Bayg's property. On the margin, Khavar Khanum and her brother have acknowledged the correctness of the settlement. Some of the documents are payment receipts of Nasir al-Mamalik's taxes to the Tax Office in either money or crops such as wheat, barley, and straw. Will of Husayn Quli Khan Nizam al-Saltanah, 1908
Will of Husayn Quli Khan Nizam al-Saltanah. He divides his properties into two parts: one half goes to his grandchildren from Mirza Husayn Khan, Ghulam Husayn and his sister Fatimah Sultan Khanum and the other half to his daughter, Batul (Fakhr al-Saltanah), and her mother. He endowed some of his properties to be used for hospitals, roads, and the education of orphans. Burhan al-Dawlah and the mother of Batul are the administrators of his will.
